Our old cars, the STR9, are being turned into show cars and will be on display somewhere around the world more or less constantly. They worked hard for us in 2014: between our drivers the first ever car built to meet the very challenging new technical regulations, covered a total of 9747 kilometres, split between 1895 laps of around 20 race tracks across the globe. It helped our two drivers, Jean-Eric Vergne and Daniil Kvyat to bring home a total of 30 points, which was enough to see Scuderia Toro Rosso finish seventh in the Constructors’ Championship.

Everyone in the Faenza factory and the Bicester wind tunnel is flat out right up until the final whistle of 2014, working on the new car – hardly a secret that it will be called STR10! Then for a few days, some of us will be able to spend quality time with friends and family at home. For the majority, that means staying right here in the beautiful town of Faenza, which is already looking very festive with, as you can see, a massive Christmas tree in the main square and thousands of bright lights. However, we are an international, indeed cosmopolitan bunch at Toro Rosso and for some, going home will involve heading off to the UK, Poland, France, Austria, Spain….and even Sicily!

Whatever you will be doing, we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and we take the opportunity of thanking all you fans for your great support this year, in the hope you will be right there with us again in 2015.
