Emilia-Romagna GP: All you need to know

The Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix is the second round of the 2022 Formula 1 World Championship. It is held at the Imola circuit and for us it’s the most home grand prix possible! Imola returned to F1 in 2020 after the Covid-19 pandemic led to a complete re-jig of the calendar.

For 26 years in a row, the Enzo e Dino Ferrari circuit hosted the San Marino Grand Prix, a regular fixture on the championship calendar from 1981 to 2006. In 1980 Imola hosted the Italian Grand Prix. The circuit has been completely renovated to meet the F1 safety standards, which means it can once again host the circus.
